Youth Training - Group Youth Performance Program

First Session: February 20th to April 14th, 2018
Second Session: April 30th to June 3rd, 2018
Tuesday 4:45 - 5:30 pm / Saturday 9:45 -10:30 am ($20 per session / $25 for a Drop In)
Ages: 8 to 11

Competitive & Varsity Training - Group Speed & Agility 

First Session: February 19th to April 14th, 2018
Second Session: April 30th to June 3rd, 2018
Monday & Wednesday 7-8 pm / Saturday 11 am - Noon ($20 per session / $25 for a Drop In)
Ages: 12+
